Reorganization Agreements definition

Reorganization Agreements means the five Agreements and Plans of Reorganization dated _________, 2002, to which the Corporation and Hartford Money Market HLS Fund, Inc., Hartford Advisers HLS Fund, Inc., Hartford Bond HLS Fund, Inc., Hartford Series Fund, Inc. or Hartford Index HLS Fund, Inc. are parties, each of which relates to one or more specific Acquired Funds and the corresponding Acquiring Fund or Funds. Each such agreement is referred to as a "Reorganization Agreement."
Reorganization Agreements mean this Agreement and all other agreements, Specific Conveyances or Specific Assumptions to be entered into pursuant to this Agreement;
Reorganization Agreements means the merger agreements effecting the Blocker Mergers.
