Repair Plan as defined in Section 2.24(a)(iv).

More Definitions of Repair Plan

Repair Plan has the meaning given in paragraph 5 of Schedule 9 (Mandatory Prepayment).
Repair Plan means a plan created by a professional that identifies the nature of the defect to be corrected, a detailed procedure for making repairs to the defect, a detailed sketch of the corrections or installation to be performed, a plan outlining protective measures for the public when applicable, and a time schedule for the repairs.

Repair Plan. If Your Product or a Component Product of Your furniture set becomes accidentally stained or damaged during normal use, a professional cleaning solution package will be provided; should this not resolve the stain or damage to your Product, a professional technician may be sent to service the problem at no cost to you. In the event We are unable to repair the covered stain or damage to Your Product, the Administrator, at its discretion, will replace the affected Component Product, or replace Your Product in its entirety. Replacement Component Product(s) will be of comparative quality to the original Component Product of the furniture set, provided the price of the replacement does not exceed the original purchase price of the Component Product being replaced. Replacement of your complete Product will fulfill this Service Agreement in its entirety and will discharge all further obligations under this Service Agreement, where allowed by law. Replacement furniture products are not eligible for coverage under this Service Agreement. Component Products of Your furniture set are eligible for a one‐ time replacement only; once the affected Component Product has been replaced, the replacement Component Product will not be eligible for coverage for the remaining term of this Service Agreement. Any unaffected Component Products of your furniture set will continue to be covered under this Plan for the remaining term of this Service Agreement, provided no claim was made on such unaffected Component Products. We will not replace or provide compensation for unaffected Component Products that do not match the replacement products. This Service Agreement does not cover pickup, maintenance inspections, crating or delivery or freight charges. Coverage for fabric, leather, vinyl upholstery includes:
Repair Plan shall have the meaning set forth in the Wynn Credit Agreement.
Repair Plan. If You purchased the Repair Plan, in the event of a covered claim, We will furnish labor and/or parts required to repair the Failure of Your Product. Non-original manufacturer’s parts of like kind and quality may be used if the original manufacturer’s parts are unavailable. In lieu of repairing the Product, We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to replace Your Product with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, not necessarily the same brand. If Your Product is replaced, then this Service Agreement is considered fulfilled and coverage ends. In no event shall the Administrator or We be liable for any damages as a result of the unavailability of repair parts. Any and all parts or units replaced under this Service Agreement become Our property in their entirety. Technological advances may result in a replacement product with a lower selling price than Your original Product. No refunds will be made based on the replacement product cost difference.
Repair Plan. All WCPS Preferred Service Repair Plans are “Date of Purchase” Plans. The WCPS Preferred Service Plan term begins on the date of product purchase or date of installation by the selling retailer (proof of installation date will be required if different from product purchase date) and continues for the period of time defined on your sales receipt. This Plan is inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty; it does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty but may provide certain benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. Actual service coverage under this Plan begins upon expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s original or factory-refurbished parts and/or labor warranty. During the manufacturer’s warranty period, any parts, labor, on-site service or shipping costs covered by that warranty are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. After each portion or all of the manufacturer’s warranty expires, this Plan will furnish replacement parts and/or labor necessary to maintain your covered product. If service is required because of a product failure during normal usage, the Administrator has the option to repair the defective product or replace it with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, though not necessarily the same brand. A replacement part or product may be new or refurbished. On-site Service: If your Plan provides on-site service and your product needs repair, call 0-000-000-0000 to arrange service. An adult of legal age must be present at the location where on-site service will occur. If you live beyond a 25- mile radius of an authorized service center, you may be required to pay additional trip charges required over the 25- mile radius. While most products can be repaired on-site, some products, due to their sensitive, technical nature, require the controlled environment of a factory authorized service center; therefore, on-site repair is not possible. This Plan does not cover labor or materials to obtain access to covered components if structural modification or repair is required. It is your responsibility to ensure that the covered product is accessible to the service technician.
