If You purchased the Parts & Labor Extension Repair Plan, the term of this Agreement begins upon the expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty for the Covered Product and continues for the period indicated on the Declarations Page, Your sales receipt or invoice.
Our limit of liability for the Covered Product under the Parts & Labor Repair Plan is the cost of authorized repairs to and/or replacement of the Covered Product as determined by Us, with a product of similar quality and features, provided however, in no event will Our total liability for repairs and/or replacement exceed the original purchase price for the Covered Product, excluding sales tax, diagnostic fees, delivery, shipping and installation costs.
