Repayment Notice definition

Repayment Notice. Each notice required to be delivered by the Borrower in respect of any repayment of Advances Outstanding, in the form of Exhibit A-2.

More Definitions of Repayment Notice

Repayment Notice means a notice of repayment of a Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3.
