Repetition means actual repetition
Repetition the representation and warranty in paragraph (1) will be correct and complied with in all respects so long as any sum remains to be lent or remains payable under the Credit Agreement as if repeated then by reference to the then existing circumstances and each of the representations and warranties in paragraphs (2) and (3) will be correct and complied with in all material respects at all times up to the Termination Date as if repeated then by reference to the then existing circumstances.
