Replaced Equipment definition

Replaced Equipment is defined in “Financed Equipment” above.

Replaced Equipment means Equipment that has been replaced by Tenant with Replacement Equipment.

Replaced Equipment means the Replaced Equipment as defined in Paragraph 11(d).

• Tenant shall repair at its sole cost and expense all damage to the Leased Premises caused by the removal of Equipment or Replaced Equipment or other personal property of Tenant or the installation of Replacement Equipment.
