Replacement Bonds definition

Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

Examples of Replacement Bonds in a sentence

  • Any Replacement Bonds received by the Trustee shall be deposited hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Indenture to the same extent as other Bonds deposited hereunder.
