Replacement Equipment definition

Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.
Replacement Equipment. ’ means property acquired to take the place of other equip- ment. To qualify as replacement equipment, it must serve the same function as the equip- ment replaced and must be of the same na- ture or character, although not necessarily the same model, grade, or quality.
Replacement Equipment means new or refurbished equipment or parts provided at Xxxxxxx sole discretion, to Customer: (i) on a temporary loaner basis; or (ii) in exchange for Covered Equipment, if Xxxxxxx determines the Covered Equipment is not repairable. Replacement Equipment will be provided to Customer if repairs exceed fifteen (15) days or upon request and availability. Although refurbished to factory functional standards, the Replacement Equipment may not be equivalent in appearance to the Covered Equipment returned to Xxxxxxx for repair, service, or exchange. Customer shall have full responsibility for the care of the Replacement Equipment in good and efficient working order and condition until its return or conversion to Covered Equipment.

  • We may provide You with the option to receive the Replacement Equipment the same day Your Service Request is completed for an additional fee, where and when available, in Our sole discretion.

  • Provided the Malfunctioning Equipment's failure to perform is not the result of Company's sole negligence, there shall be no additional charge for the Replacement Equipment.

  • All Replacement Equipment shall become the property of Landlord, shall be free and clear of all liens and rights of others and shall become a part of the Equipment as if originally demised herein.

  • For Service Requests that are fulfilled with Replacement Equipment or the Protected Device has been mailed for repair, the fulfillment date is the date on which the Replacement Equipment or repaired Protected Device is shipped to You.

Replacement Equipment means the Replaced Equipment and Replacement Equipment, respectively, as defined in Paragraph 11(d).
