Replacement Plan definition

Replacement Plan means a detailed program to increase the supply of water available for beneficial use in a designated basin or portion thereof by the development of new or alternate means or points of diversion, by a pooling of water resources, by water exchange projects, by providing substitute supplies of water, by the development of new sources of water, or by any other appropriate means. "Replacement Plan" does not include the salvage of designated waters by the eradication of phreatophytes, nor does it include the use of precipitation water collected from land surfaces which have been made impermeable, thereby increasing the runoff but not adding to the existing supply of water.

More Definitions of Replacement Plan

Replacement Plan. Highline Academy has employment agreements with the terms of nonrenewal and renewal set forth in the agreement, including payment of salaries upon termination of employment. Rationale: The governing board of the charter school should approve educational specifications and manage all aspects of the acquisition and development of any school facilities since the school district will not own the building. An exception would be made if the charter school occupied a facility owned by the school district. Replacement Plan: The governing board will seek to use experts to facilitate facility design and development. The governing board will identify qualified professionals in the fields of school design and architecture and engineering as well as in the area of site acquisition and in the areas of development and construction for the expansion, design, development, and construction of any new or existing facilities. Duration of Waivers: The waiver will extend for the duration of the contract. Rationale: CIVICA has already adopted a name for the school. Replacement Plan: The school’s name shall be CIVICA Colorado. Duration of Waivers: The waiver will extend for the duration of the contract.
