Replacement Product definition

Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.
Replacement Product has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.6.
Replacement Product shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.8.

Examples of Replacement Product in a sentence

  • Replacement Product Nearmap may from time to time supply the Licensee with a replacement Product of no lesser quality than the previously supplied Product at its absolute discretion.

  • The Replacement Product will have the same functionality as the original Product.

  • Technological advances may result in a Replacement Product with a lower retail price than the original Product.

  • The Contractor shall only provide the Optional Equipment and Additional Body Sections awarded, or approved by OGS and NYS DOT after award (see Section III.8 Replacement Product and Product Additions), under the Contract.

More Definitions of Replacement Product

Replacement Product means a ANDA or 505(b)(2) PRODUCT, as selected by the DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE to replace either PRODUCT which is subject to the PRODUCT FAILURE.

Replacement Product means (a) Replacement Energy, and (b) Replacement Green Attributes.
