Reporting Accountants definition

Reporting Accountants means the auditors of National Grid (but not acting in their capacity as auditors) or such other firm of accountants as may be nominated by National Grid and approved in writing by the Trustee for the purpose or, failing which, as may be selected by the Trustee for the purpose; and
Reporting Accountants means the London office of Ernst & Young or, if that firm is unable or unwilling to act in any matter referred to them under this Agreement, the London office of Deloitte or, if that firm is also unable or unwilling to act in any matter referred to them under this Agreement, an internationally recognised and independent firm of accountants who does not act as auditor to the Seller or the Purchaser, to be agreed by the Seller and the Purchaser within seven days of a notice by one to the other requiring such agreement or, failing such agreement, to be nominated on the application of either of them by or on behalf of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales;
Reporting Accountants means an independent firm of internationally recognised chartered accountants to be agreed upon by the Vendors and the Purchaser within five Business Days of a notice by one to the other requiring such agreement or, failing such agreement, to be nominated on the application of either of them by or on behalf of the President for the time being of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales;

  • The Parties shall use all reasonable endeavours in good faith to reach agreement regarding the identity of the Reporting Accountants and to agree terms of appointment with the Reporting Accountants.

  • Neither Party shall unreasonably withhold its agreement to the terms of appointment proposed by the Reporting Accountants or the other Party.
