Biogen is not a party to the Collaborative Study Agreement and has no obligations to nor liability to Research Site or FARA thereunder, however Biogen is an intended third-party beneficiary of, and shall have the right to enforce, Section 4 (Publication), Section 6 (Audit), Section 8 (Representations, Warranties and Covenants), Section 9 (Confidentiality), and Exhibit 3 (Data Protection Protocol) as they relate to this SOW.
