Representative Member definition

Representative Member has the meaning given to that term by the GST Law.

Representative Member means a person specified and nominated under clause 5.1.

More Definitions of Representative Member

Representative Member means a unit of local government designated hereafter as the one member to act in a representative capacity for all members for the purposes of this Agreement, as defined in HUD regulations and requirements as now or hereafter in effect.
