Representative of record definition

Representative of record means one person designated by each party to be the party's agent for purposes of receipt of service pursuant to this chapter of the Administrative Code.
Representative of record means an individual who is authorized torepresent a person or is representing himself and who has filed a notice of appearance in accordance with§ 1780.72.
Representative of record means anindividual who is authorized to represent a person or who is representing himself at an adjudicatory proceeding or hearing conducted under this part and who has filed a notice of appearance in accordance with § 908.72.
