More Definitions of Representative’s Warrants

Representative’s Warrants means warrants issued pursuant to the Representative's Warrant Agreement for the purchase of an additional 140,000 shares of Common Stock and/or 140,000 Warrants. Each Representative's Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one share of Common Stock and/or one Warrant to purchase one share of Common Stock, at an initial exercise price of $7.20 per share and $.12 per Warrant, respectively [120% of the offering prices per share and per Warrant, respectively].
Representative’s Warrants means this Warrant and all other warrants issued to the underwriters and their designees, pursuant to the terms of the Underwriting Agreement.
Representative’s Warrants means 100,000 Redeemable Common Stock Purchase Warrants to purchase 100,000 shares of Common Stock, issuable upon exercise of the Representative's Purchase Options and all of which were or will be registered on the Registration Statement.
