Reprisal definition

Reprisal means the imposition of, and any threat to impose, discipline, demotion, termination or any other act that adversely affects employment or working condition of a member of Personnel because they made a Disclosure, sought Advice, made a complaint about a Reprisal or participated in an Investigation;
Reprisal means the retaliation of an employer toward a grievant, witness, representative or any other participant in the grievance procedure either for an alleged injury itself or any lawful attempt to redress it.

Reprisal means retaliation, intimidation, or any form of intentionally disparate treatment against any person who makes a good faith report of alleged bullying or against any person who testifies, assists, or participates in an investigation, proceeding or hearing relating to such bullying.
