The Repurchase Obligations shall be full recourse to Seller and shall be recourse to Guarantor to the extent set forth in the Guarantee Agreement.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall repurchase all Purchased Assets no later than the Maturity Date by paying to Buyer the outstanding Repurchase Price therefor and all other outstanding Repurchase Obligations.
