Request for Advance definition
Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.
Request for Advance has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(d).
Request for Advance means any certificate signed by an Authorized Signatory of the Administrative Borrower requesting a new Advance hereunder, which certificate shall be denominated a “Request for Advance,” and shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit E. Each Request for Advance shall, among other things, specify the date of the Advance, which shall be a Business Day, the amount of the Advance, and the type of Advance.
Examples of Request for Advance in a sentence
Each Request for Advance shall be duly certified by an authorized officer of a Borrower-Agent.
A Borrower-Agent shall give Lender notice of each request for an Advance by means of a Request for Advance containing the information required therein and delivered (by hand or by confirmed electronic transmission) to Lender no later than three (3) Business Days prior to the day on which the Advance is desired to be funded.

Request for Advance means a Request for Advance issued by the undersigned under this Note in the form annexed to this Note as Exhibit “A”.
Request for Advance means a certificate designated as a “Request for Advance,” signed by an Authorized Signatory of the applicable Borrower requesting an Advance, Continuation or Conversion hereunder, which shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
Request for Advance means a Request for Advance issued by Company under this Agreement in the form annexed to this Agreement as Exhibit "B".
Request for Advance means a Request for Advance of the Revolving Credit issued by Company and countersigned by the Company under Section 2.3 of this Agreement in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A.

Request for Advance means any request for an Advance made by the Authority to the Lender, in the form of Exhibit B hereto, executed and delivered on behalf of the Authority by the manual or facsimile signatures of any Authorized Representative.
Request for Advance means a certificate designated as a "Request for Advance," signed by an Authorized Signatory of the Borrower requesting an Advance hereunder, which shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit F attached hereto, and shall, among other things, (i) specify the date of the Advance, which shall be a Business Day, the amount of the Advance, the type of Advance (Eurodollar or Base Rate), and, with respect to LIBOR Advances, the Interest Period selected by the Borrower, (ii) state that there shall not exist, on the date of the requested Advance and after giving effect thereto, a Default, as of the date of such Advance and after giving effect thereto, and (iii) the Applicable Margin then in effect.
