Request for Change Order definition

Request for Change Order means a written notice issued by DB Contractor to TxDOT under Section 4.5.4, advising TxDOT that DB Contractor seeks a Change Order.
Request for Change Order means a document designated as a Request for Change Order to an existing Work Order, prepared by the Contractor, requesting an adjustment to a Work Order Scope, Work Order Time, and/or Work Order Price.

  • Should the Contractor suffer any injury or damage to person or property that Contractor reasonably believes a legal basis exists for liability on the part of the Owner, Program manager, or Design Professional, and that should result in an adjustment in the Cost of the Work or the Contract Time, such claim shall be made in writing in the form of a Request for Change Order to the Design Professional and copy the owner within fourteen days after such injury or damage is or has been observed.

  • TxDOT may reject the Request for Change Order at any point in the process.
