Request for Funding Report definition

Request for Funding Report means a report, in the form found on the Website, addressed to the IESO from the Recipient that provides an evaluation, update and assessment of the CEC Work undertaken to date using the success measures described in the Application and specifies the requested Disbursement for the associated Milestone and is accompanied by copies of the CEC’s Timesheets itemizing how much time was spent carrying out the CEC Work together with corresponding Proof of Payment with respect to the same, and any other supporting documentation as set out in Schedule C. Schedules means the schedules to this Agreement. Targeted Completion Date means the date that an Activity is due to be completed, as set out in Schedule C. Termination Event has the meaning given to it in Section 8.3(a) of Schedule A. Termination for Convenience Date has the meaning given to it in Section 8.3(a)7 of Schedule A. Timesheet means an itemized accounting that identifies the Internal Resource(s), hours worked and Cost per hour, if applicable, in respect of an Activity or a Deliverable, that is deemed acceptable by the IESO. Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive means the Ontario Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive to which the IESO is subject, as amended from time to time.   • If the IESO determines, based on the Request for Funding Report submitted, that the IESO’s previous Disbursements to the Recipient exceed the Eligible Expenses incurred by the Recipient up to the date of the written notice of termination, the Recipient shall refund any excess funds to the IESO.

Related to Request for Funding Report

  • Funding Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).

  • Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit G, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, on behalf of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit IX hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to clause (i) of Section 8.5.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Monthly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit X hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
