Request for Notice or “Request for Notice of Default” shall mean the request for notice of default pursuant to Civil Code Section 2924b to be recorded against the Site in connection with the Escrow for Phase I substantially in the form attached hereto as Attachment No. 13 and fully incorporated by this reference.
