Request for Notice definition

Request for Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1.3(a) below.

Request for Notice or “Request for Notice of Default” shall mean the request for notice of default pursuant to Civil Code Section 2924b to be recorded against the Site in connection with the Escrow for the Project substantially in the form attached hereto as Attachment No. 12 and fully incorporated by this reference.

Request for Notice means requests for notice issued under NRS 107.090 to receive notices of default under any recorded trust deed.

• Request for Notice of Completion of Discharges Letter: The Permittee shall submit a Request for Notice of Completion of Discharges Letter following completion of active Project construction activities, including any required restoration and permittee-responsible mitigation.

• If the Request for Notice has been given, at the same time the City sends to Developer any Notice of Breach or Hearing Notice under this Agreement, then if such Notice of Breach or Hearing Notice affects the portion of the Property encumbered by the Secured Lender’s lien, the City shall send to such Secured Lender a copy of each such Notice of Breach and each such Hearing Notice from the City to Developer.

• The form of the Request for Notice to Proceed is attached hereto as Exhibit E.

• If the City alleges a Breach by Developer, the City shall also deliver a copy of the Notice of Breach to any Secured Lender of Developer which has delivered a Request for Notice to the City in accordance with Article 12.

• The public hearing shall not be held earlier than: (i) thirty-one (31) days after delivery of the Hearing Notice to Developer or (ii) if a Secured Lender has delivered a Request for Notice in accordance with Section 12.1, the day following the expiration of the “Secured Lender Cure Period” (as defined in Section 12.1).

More Definitions of Request for Notice

Request for Notice means the Request for Notice under Civil Code Section 2924b attached hereto as Attachment "3".

Request for Notice means a written notice given to the City by a Mortgagee specifying the name and address of such Mortgagee and attaching thereto a true and complete copy of the Mortgage held by such Mortgagee.

Request for Notice means a request for notice of default pursuant to Civil Code Section 2924b to be recorded against the Site at the Closing.

Request for Notice or “Request for Notice of Default” shall mean the requests for notice of default pursuant to Civil Code Section 2924b to be recorded against the Manchester Site and Orangewood Site in connection with the Escrows for each Project substantially in the forms attached hereto as Attachment Nos. 12A and 12B and fully incorporated by this reference. “Reservation” and “Reservations” mean, individually and collectively, the reservations of Tax Credits by TCAC for one or both of the Projects.

Request for Notice or “Request for Notice of Default” shall mean a request for notice of default to be recorded against the Site in connection with the Escrow substantially in the form of Attachment No. 17, attached hereto and fully incorporated by this reference.

Request for Notice means a request for notice or similar document recorded pursuant to Section 2924B of the California Civil Code.
