Requested Service Date definition

Requested Service Date means the date Service on a Circuit is requested to commence specified in the applicable Purchase Order. "Service" means transmission service provided between North American DSX standard cross-connect panels located in Lessor's terminal locations. To confirm their agreement to be bound hereby, the parties have executed this agreement below:
Requested Service Date set forth in each Service Request, or (ii) the date the Service in question is made available to Customer and used ("Start of Service"). Start of Service for particular Services shall be further described in the Service Schedule relevant to the Switched Service in question.
Requested Service Date means the date requested by Customer for the commencement of Service. “RespOrg” (Responsible Organization) means a company that controls and maintains toll-free numbers. “Restoration” means the re-establishment of Service.

Examples of Requested Service Date in a sentence

  • Should a Customer fail to post a deposit or letter of credit as may be required by the Company within fifteen (15) days of the Company’s notice of such a requirement, or should the Customer fail to abide by the terms of any letter of credit or deposit agreement, the Company may deny service prior to the Requested Service Date or terminate service after the Service Commencement Date upon thirty (30) days’ notice to the Customer.

  • Each Service Request will describe (among other things) the WorldCom POP to which a Service Interconnection is to be established, the Requested Service Date therefor, the type and quantity of circuits comprising the Service Interconnection and any charges and other information relevant thereto, such as, Customer's terminating or originating switch location, as the case may be.
