Requesting Holders definition

Requesting Holders shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.5.

• The Sponsor and the Takedown Requesting Holders (if any) shall have the right to select the underwriter(s) for such offering (which shall consist of one or more reputable nationally recognized investment banks), subject to the Company’s prior approval which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Requesting Holders means any Holder(s) requesting to have its (their) Registrable Securities included in any Demand Registration or Shelf Registration.
