Requesting Investor definition

Requesting Investor has the meaning set forth in Section 7.5 of the Indenture.
Requesting Investor shall have the meaning given in Section 2.01(a).
Requesting Investor means an Investor requesting registration of its Eligible Securities in accordance with the terms hereof.
