Required Endorsements definition

Required Endorsements has the meaning set forth in Section 20.16(a)(i).
Required Endorsements means the following ALTA endorsements (to the extent legally available in the jurisdiction in which the Real Property is located): (a) Form 9 - Comprehensive (modified as appropriate for an owner’s policy); (b) Form 3.1 Zoning (including parking and loading); (c) survey endorsement; (d) access endorsement; (e) if the land on which the Property is located consists of more than one parcel, a contiguity endorsement; and (f) a tax parcel endorsement.
Required Endorsements means, with respect to any Mortgage Note, at Bank’s election, either: (a) the endorsement pursuant to applicable Law of such Mortgage Note in blank by Seller (which may, in Bank’s discretion, be evidenced by an original allonge, in form and content acceptable to Bank, executed by Seller and affixed to such Mortgage Note); or (b) no endorsement of such Mortgage Note by Seller, if Bank shall have received and accepted a valid power of attorney, in form and content satisfactory to Bank, authorizing Bank to endorse such Mortgage Note for and on behalf of Seller (provided that prior to any delivery of such Mortgage Note by Bank to a Take-Out Purchaser, such Mortgage Note shall be endorsed in favor of such Take-Out Purchaser by Bank as agent for Seller under such power of attorney).

Required Endorsements means an ALTA Comprehensive 1 endorsement, an ALTA Form 3.0 zoning endorsement, a variable rate endorsement, a survey endorsement specifically insuring Bank that the surveys required herein are accurate and accurately depict the same real estate covered by the applicable Title Insurance Policy, an access endorsement, a usury endorsement, endorsements for future advances under the Mortgages, endorsements for mechanics' and materialmen's Liens, and any other endorsements of the Title Insurance Policies required by Bank.

Required Endorsements means an ALTA Comprehensive 1 endorsement, an ALTA Form 3.0 zoning endorsement, a survey endorsement specifically insuring Bank that the survey required herein is accurate and accurately depicts the same real estate covered by the Title Insurance Policy, an access endorsement, a usury endorsement, a variable rate endorsement, endorsements for future advances under the Mortgage, endorsements for mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens (or the deletion of the exception for mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens with a pending disbursement clause), and any other endorsements of the Title Insurance Policy required by Bank.
Required Endorsements means those endorsements listed on Exhibit K attached hereto.
