Examples of Required Filing Date in a sentence
The "Periodic Amount Percentage" means (A) one percent (1%) of the Purchase Price of all Debentures for the first two Computation Dates after the relevant Required Filing Date; and (B) two percent (2%) of the Purchase Price of all Debentures to any Computation Date thereafter.
On or prior to the Required Filing Date, the Company shall prepare and file with the Commission a Registration Statement covering the resale of the Registrable Securities for an offering to be made on a continuous basis pursuant to Rule 415.

The Company shall use reasonable best efforts to cause such Registration Statement to become effective within one hundred fifty (150) days after the Required Filing Date or the actual filing date, whichever is earlier, or one hundred eighty (180) days after the Required Filing Date or the actual filing date, whichever is earlier, if the Registration Statement is subject to a full review by the SEC (the “Required Effectiveness Date”).
