Required Funding. Amount shall mean an amount equal to: (1) the present value of all benefits using assumptions identical to those used for the most recent evaluation for FAS 87 purposes of the Company's 10K for the Arrangement; and (2) anticipated trustee, administrative and advisory fees in connection with the maintenance of the Trust or the Arrangement until the Company's obligations under the Arrangement have been fully met, and any taxes expected to be due over the remaining duration of the Trust.
