During the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, the foregoing provision with respect to the release to the Collateral Manager of the Required Loan Documents and documents by the Document Custodian upon request by the Collateral Manager shall be operative only to the extent that the Administrative Agent have consented to such release.
Other than the foregoing, the Document Custodian shall not have any responsibility for reviewing any Required Loan Documents.
Written instructions as to the method of shipment and shipper(s) the Document Custodian is directed to utilize in connection with the transmission of Required Loan Documents in the performance of the Document Custodian’s duties hereunder shall be delivered by the Borrower, the Collateral Manager or the Administrative Agent to the Document Custodian prior to any shipment of any Underlying Instruments hereunder.

The Document Custodian shall segregate the Required Loan Documents on its inventory system and will not commingle the physical Required Loan Documents with any other files of the Document Custodian.
