Required Modifications definition

Required Modifications means those modifications reasonably necessary for the Energy Complex to remain in compliance with all material Governmental Approvals and maintain, at a minimum, the Maximum Capacity (as defined in the Master Operating Agreement) levels as in effect on the Closing Date.
