Required Notices has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Required Notices has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.17(a).
Required Notices means the notices to third parties set forth on Exhibit 1.4 attached hereto.
Required Notices means all notices required to be given in order for Seller to sell, convey and transfer all the Purchased Assets to Buyer on the Closing Date and otherwise consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, free and clear of all Encumbrances other than the Permitted Encumbrances and in compliance with any Order or other requirement of any Governmental Authority.

Each such member of Seller Group and each such Purchased Subsidiary shall have received the prior consent of Purchaser in relation to all information regarding Purchaser or any of its Affiliates that is provided to any such works council or other employee representative body.
