Required Percentage definition

Required Percentage means, with respect to an Excess Cash Flow Period, 50%; provided, that (a) if the Net Total Leverage Ratio as at the end of the Excess Cash Flow Period is less than or equal to 3.50 to 1.00 but greater than 3.00 to 1.00, such percentage shall be 25% and (b) if the Net Total Leverage Ratio as at the end of the Excess Cash Flow Period is less than or equal to 3.00 to 1.00, such percentage shall be 0%.
Required Percentage. As of any Distribution Date following the Stepdown Date, the quotient of (1) the excess of (A) the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date, over (B) the Certificate Principal Balance of the most senior Class of Certificates outstanding as of such Distribution Date, prior to giving effect to distributions to be made on such Distribution Date and (2) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date.
Required Percentage means the holders of not less than 662⁄3% of the (i) Outstanding Amount in the case of the Notes or (ii) Certificate Balance in the case of the Trust Certificates.

Examples of Required Percentage in a sentence
