Required Plant Availability definition
Required Plant Availability has the meaning given in Article 2.12. (qq) Restructuring: unbundling of Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited as outlined in the Tanzania Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) Reform Strategy and Roadmap.
