Required Prepayments definition

Required Prepayments. All Mortgage Loans in warehouse 45 days will be reduced by 2% of the Mortgage Note Amount. On the day a Pledged Loan becomes an Aged Mortgage Loan, the Warehousing Advance against such Pledged Loan must be (a) repaid in full, to the extent the Aged Mortgage Loan Sublimit would be exceeded, or (b) otherwise, reduced by 5% of the Mortgage Note Amount.
Required Prepayments. All Required Prepayments shall be consummated in accordance with Section 8 of the Note (after giving effect to the Investor Prepayment Premium Waiver), except with respect to Scheduled Required Prepayments each of which shall have a Company Optional Redemption Date determined in accordance with Schedule I attached hereto.

Required Prepayments. The Issuer shall make the required prepayments contemplated by Section 8.1 in the Existing Note Purchase Agreements, without any Make-Whole Amount or other premium.
Required Prepayments means, as to each Extending Lender, prepayments of its Class C and/or Class E Loans on the Restatement Effective Date in an amount which is equal to 20% of the aggregate principal amount of the Term Loans and the Revolving Commitment held by that Extending Lender (prior to giving effect to the Required Prepayments), provided that (i) such percentage shall be increased by 1% for each integral percentage by which the Participating Extending Lender Exposure exceeds 80% of $5,548,925,000 (but not to a percentage which is in excess of 25%), (ii) those Extending Lenders which have executed a Prepayment Adjustment Agreement shall receive the Incentive Fees in lieu of the Required Prepayments to the extent agreed by any such Extending Lender and (iii) any Extending Lender that otherwise elects not to receive such prepayments shall not be required to receive such prepayments.

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.

  • Principal Prepayment Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Loan Group, the sum with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group of (i) Curtailments received during the Prior Period from such Mortgage Loans and (ii) Payoffs received during the Payoff Period from such Mortgage Loans.
