Requisite Consents definition

Requisite Consents means all approvals, permissions and consents (whether statutory or otherwise) required from time to time from parties other than the Consultees in respect of the works or activities covered by a Proposal;
Requisite Consents means those permissions, consents, approvals, licences, certificates and permits in legally effectual form as may be necessary or lawfully required to commence, carry out, maintain and complete the Building Improvement Plan and to use and enjoy the Premises as intended by the parties including (without limitation):
Requisite Consents means those permissions, consents, approvals, licences, certificates and permits in legally effectual form as may be necessary lawfully to commence, carry out, maintain and complete the Tenant’s Works.

More Definitions of Requisite Consents
