Vendor acknowledges that this Third Amendment and all documents submitted to the Board related to this contract award are a matter of public record and are subject to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1) and any other comparable state and federal laws and that this Amendment is subject to reporting requirements under 105 ILCS 5/10-20.44.
Upon the termination of the Services Agreement, the Board with the Requisite Member Approval may cause the Company to designate a new operator and enter into a new services agreement.

If a Budget Rejection Notice is received by such date, the Operator, the Board and the Members with Requisite Member Approval rights to approve the Proposed Budget will work together in good faith to promptly resolve the issues identified in a mutually agreeable manner.
