Research Collaboration definition

Research Collaboration means the research conducted by the parties during the Research Term pursuant to the Research Plan and this Agreement.

Research Collaboration means the program of research, discovery, characterization, optimization and pre-clinical and clinical testing of Collaboration Compounds pursuant to this Agreement and the Research Plans, as described in Article 2.

More Definitions of Research Collaboration

Research Collaboration means the research activities undertaken by the Parties during the Research Term pursuant to Sections 2.1 to 2.3 below.
