Research Participant means any person of the University set forth in item 4 of the Table who engages in the Entrusted Research or any person who participates in the Entrusted Research pursuant to Article 2.2. And “Research Collaborator” shall mean any person other than the person set forth in item 4 of the Table or Article 2.2 but who assists in the Entrusted Research.

Any attempted assignment by Research Participant in violation of this Section will be void.
In the event that Autodesk provides any computer software and/or hardware to Research Participant as Confidential Information under the terms of this Agreement, Autodesk hereby grants Research Participant a non-exclusive, personal, limited, non-assignable, non-sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use a single copy of any software provided at Research Participant’s principle office in a secure location, solely in connection with and for the purpose of evaluating and providing Feedback.
Research Participant agrees to provide the services described in Schedule A attached hereto, subject to and in accordance with the Research Participant’s promises and representations, which are further detailed in Schedule A.
Research Participant agrees to cooperate with AccessLex with regard to the provision of data and information about Research Participant, as detailed in Schedule A hereto.
