Research Participant definition

Research Participant. An individual whose data form part of these Data.
Research Participant means any person of the University set forth in item 4 of the Table who engages in the Entrusted Research or any person who participates in the Entrusted Research pursuant to Article 2.2. And “Research Collaborator” shall mean any person other than the person set forth in item 4 of the Table or Article 2.2 but who assists in the Entrusted Research.
