Research Product definition

Research Product means a [***] Product, Candidate Product or Option Product, as applicable.
Research Product means any (a) product that is or is planned to be regulated under the FD&C Act on a prescription basis (or, with respect to drug products sold in jurisdictions other than the United States, that would be regulated under the FD&C Act on a prescription basis if sold in the United States) or (b) any drug product initially made available on a prescription basis as an Inhaled Product under this Agreement but later made available on a non-prescription or over-the-counter basis, in either case, that comprises or contains PRINT Material and GSK Material for use in Clinical Trials and other development activities in the Inhaled Field under this Agreement. For clarity, Research Product excludes Research Materials, Inhaled Products and any product that is intended for animal health use, diagnostic use or consumer health use.
Research Product means, with respect to a particular Research Target, a product comprising a small molecule antagonist Directed to such Research Target that is generated or Developed by or on behalf of Morphic, its Sublicensees or any of their respective Affiliates on or prior to the earlier of (a) the completion of the Research Plan and (b) the expiration of all Option Periods.

More Definitions of Research Product

Research Product means any Licensed Product offered for sale or sold for use in research, specifically, a Licensed Product will be a Research Product only if (a) pursuant to applicable regulatory approvals or rules it can only be sold for research purposes, (b) as offered for sale or sold, it is identified or labeled for research use only, or (c) it is offered for sale or sold to an entity, such as a university, that primarily conducts research. A Research Product is not a Commercial Product
Research Product means any product containing any molecular candidate arising or derived from the research funded hereunder which is developed as a human therapeutic agent for skipping exon 50 in the indication Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Research Product means any product containing or comprised of a Research Compound.
Research Product means solutions, materials or other products intended for commercial sale to Third Parties for research use in which the work being performed with such solutions, materials or other products does not involve the development of any product offered or intended for offer for commercial sale and where such commercial product contains iCo-008 or iCo-008-derived molecules or involves the use of iCo-008 at any stage in its production.
Research Product means any Covered Product in all dosage strengths and formulations that contains a Research Compound as its sole therapeutically active substance, other than any Research Combination Product or Research Vaccine Product.
Research Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Research Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.
Research Product shall have the meaning provided for in Section 4.3.6 hereof
