Research Results means the technical results and scientific knowledge derived from the implementation of the Research Projects pursuant to this Agreement, including all inventions, ideas, designs, literary works, algorithms (e.g. Technological development accompanied by Program/Data to embody such algorithms), and technical know-how.

Research Results means all results arising out of or in the course of the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, inventions, devices, designs, information, works, know-how, materials, processes, and anything else otherwise protectable as intellectual property rights. For avoidance of doubt, Research Results shall not include any Background Intellectual Property.

• If no joint publication has been submitted for publication after twelve (12) months from the completion of the Study at all sites, the parties reserve the right to independently publish the Research Results, with due regard to the protection of all other party’s Confidential Information, provided, however, that this due regards shall not prevent such party from publishing the Research Results.

More Definitions of Research Results

Research Results means the technical results and scientific knowledge derived from the implementation of the Research Projects pursuant to this Agreement, including all inventions, ideas, designs, literary works, algorithms, and technological developments, such as programs, that can execute the algorithm(s).

Research Results means all data, inventions, discoveries, copyrightable works, software, tangible materials, and information that are conceived of, first reduced to practice, collected, or created in the performance of the Research Project and funded under this Agreement.

Research Results means all products of the research, whether tangible or intangible;

Research Results means all data, test results, laboratory notes, techniques, know-how, and any other information obtained in the performance of the Research Project. The term “Research Results” does not include Project Materials, patentable inventions, copyrighted or copyrightable works, trademarks or service marks, or other intellectual property based on the Research Results. As a matter of policy, Institution ordinarily will not assert trade secret protection for Research Results.

Research Results means all data, information, processes, methods, results, techniques, technologies and technical specifications generated in the performance of the Collaborative Research during the term of this Agreement. Research Results shall exclude the Collaborator Background Intellectual Property, Inventions and Wistar Background Intellectual Property.

Research Results means the results of the research performed by Data Recipients using the Data, including all Intellectual Property Rights, Derived Data and Enriched Data that are generated, or otherwise collected, arising, identified or first reduced to practice, in the course of research (but excluding the Data);

Research Results means any inventions, products, materials, compounds, compositions, substances, methods, processes, techniques, know-how, data, information, discoveries and other results of whatsoever nature, discovered or occurring in the course of, or arising from, the performance of the Research, including any patent applications and patents (which shall be added to the list of Licensed Patents set forth on Appendix A), information, material, results, devices or know-how arising therefrom.
