Reseller Order definition

Reseller Order means, if applicable, an order form issued by a Reseller and executed by Customer and the Reseller specifying the Services Customer is ordering from the Reseller.

More Definitions of Reseller Order

Reseller Order means the supporting order executed by Xxxxxx and Reseller or Ignyte’s authorized distributor, as applicable, specifying the Ignyte Software or Professional Services that Customer has purchased.

  • Field Order means a written order issued by an authorized County official/employee to the Contractor during construction effecting a change in the Work by authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work within the general scope of the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Price or a change to the Contract Time or Term.
