Reserve Fund Deposit Amount definition

Reserve Fund Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the Reserve Fund Required Amount for such Distribution Date exceeds (b) the amount of funds in the Reserve Fund after giving effect to any withdrawals therefrom on such Distribution Date.

Reserve Fund Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Reserve Fund Requirement and (ii) net income realized on the investment of funds on deposit in the Reserve Fund.
