Reserve Ledger definition

Reserve Ledger means the ledger on the GIC Account of such name maintained by the Cash Manager pursuant to and in accordance with the Cash Management Agreement;
Reserve Ledger means the ledger on the GDA Account of such name maintained by the Cash Manager pursuant to and in accordance with the Cash Management Agreement, to record the crediting of Revenue Receipts to the Reserve Fund and the debiting of such Reserve Fund in accordance with the terms of the Guarantor Agreement;

Examples of Reserve Ledger in a sentence

  • Any such Current Issuer Liquidity Reserve Fund and such Current Issuer Liquidity Reserve Ledger shall be established and maintained in accordance with the provisions of the Cash Management Agreement.

More Definitions of Reserve Ledger

Reserve Ledger means the notional ledger referred to and operated in accordance with Clause 8 of this Replacement Annex.
