Reserve Reports definition

Reserve Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17.

Reserve Reports means, collectively, the McDaniel Report and Haas Report;

Reserve Reports means the reserve information prepared by the Company's independent petroleum engineers estimating the proved reserves attributable to the Oil and Gas Properties as of December 31, 1998 and described in (i) the Appraisal Report as of December 31, 1998 on Certain Properties Owned by The Wiser Oil Company, prepared by XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx, and (ii) the Reserve Appraisal and Economic Evaluation for The Wiser Oil Company Canada Ltd. dated as of January 1, 1999, prepared by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Associates.

Examples of Reserve Reports in a sentence

• Based in part on the Reserve Reports made available to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 3.01, the Lenders shall redetermine the Borrowing Base on or prior to the next Redetermination Date (or such date promptly thereafter as reasonably possible based on the engineering and other information available to the Lenders).

• Except for changes generally affecting the oil and gas exploration, development and production industry (including changes in commodity prices) and normal depletion by production, there has been no change in respect of the matters addressed in the Company Reserve Reports that would reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Company Material Adverse Effect.

• The Reserve Engineer was, as of the respective dates of the Reserve Reports prepared by it, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company and its subsidiaries.

• The Reserve Reports most recently provided to Banks accurately reflect, and all Reserve Reports hereafter delivered pursuant to this Agreement will accurately reflect, in all material respects, the ownership interests in the Mineral Interests referred to therein (including all before and after payout calculations).

More Definitions of Reserve Reports

Reserve Reports means the MLP’s estimate of its Proved Reserves as of December 31, 2010 or January 1, 2011, as applicable, as set forth in aggregate in the reserve engineer evaluation and audit letters included as Exhibits C, D and E to the prospectus included in the Registration Statement.

Reserve Reports means, collectively, the McDaniel Report, the Haas Report and the MHA Report;

Collateral Analysis, dated April 9, 2004; and(iv) the Phase I Geological Study and Reserve Evaluation of the No. 6 Seam in Wabash and Xxxxxxx counties of the State of Illinois and Xxxxxx County in the State of Indiana, dated March 13, 2006, prepared by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Associates.“Reset Date” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.03(a) and (v) the Updated Evaluation and Reserve Audit of Alpha Natural Resources, LLC, dated February 3, 2009, prepared by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc.

Reserve Reports means the Initial Reserve Reports.

Reserve Reports set forth in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the words: “, and (c) each quarterly reserve report prepared by the Borrower in form and detail reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent”.

Reserve Reports means certain reports dated December 31, 1997 prepared by the independent petroleum engineering firm of Netherland, Sewexx & Xssociates, Inc. and dated December 31, 1997 audited by the independent petroleum engineering firm of Collarini Engineering, Inc.
