Reserved Cash definition

Reserved Cash means cash held in the Reserved Cash Account.

Reserved Cash means, with respect to a given period, the amount of cash specifically reserved throughout such period by the Company for the payment of principal of and interest on the Notes, or any other Permitted Indebtedness other than any Subordinated Indebtedness.
