Reserves Report definition

Reserves Report means a report prepared by the Independent Engineer containing such information and/or evaluation(s) (relating to each Borrowing Base Asset or, as the case may be, any other Petroleum Asset which the Borrower is seeking to have designated as a Borrowing Base Asset) as the Technical Bank may reasonably require including evaluation(s) of the recoverable reserves, production profiles, operational expenditure, abandonments costs and/or capital expenditure of such Borrowing Base Assets or, as the case may be, Petroleum Assets.

Reserves Report shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.02(a).

Reserves Report means the independent engineering report dated February 3, 2016 and effective December 31, 2015 prepared by and containing the evaluation of Sproule of the oil, NGL and natural gas reserves attributable to the properties of the Corporation;

Reserves Report means the independent engineering report with a preparation date of March 3, 2021 and effective December 31, 2020 prepared by and containing the evaluation of Sproule of the oil, NGL and natural gas reserves attributable to the properties of the Corporation;

Reserves Report means either an Independent Reserves Report or an Internal Reserves Report.
