Reset Date definition

Reset Date means the First Trading Date and thereafter each day (except Saturday and Sunday) as determined in the reasonable discretion of the Determination Agent pursuant to §317 BGB and in consideration of the relevant capital market practice and by acting in good faith.
Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);
Reset Date means the First Reset Date and each date falling on the fifth anniversary of the preceding Reset Date.

Examples of Reset Date in a sentence

  • The Alternate Rate shall be based on the publication of the SIFMA Index on such R-FLOATs Reset Date (or, if not published on the R-Floats Reset Date, as published on the most recent date prior to the R-FLOATs Reset Date).

More Definitions of Reset Date

Reset Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.05(a).
Reset Date means the First Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable), in each case as adjusted (if so specified in the applicable Final Terms) in accordance with Condition 3(a) as if the relevant Reset Date was an Interest Payment Date;
Reset Date means the First Call Date and each day that falls on the fifth anniversary of the immediately preceding Reset Date.
Reset Date means the first day of each Calculation Period.
