Reset Date definition

Reset Date means the First Trading Date and thereafter each day (except Saturday and Sunday) as determined in the reasonable discretion of the Determination Agent pursuant to §317 BGB and in consideration of the relevant capital market practice and by acting in good faith.
Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);
Reset Date means the First Reset Date and each date falling on the fifth anniversary of the preceding Reset Date.

Examples of Reset Date in a sentence

  • During any Deferral Period, interest on the Notes will continue to accrue at the then-applicable interest rate on the Notes (as reset from time to time on any Interest Reset Date occurring during such Deferral Period).

  • In addition, during any Deferral Period, interest on the deferred interest (“compound interest”) will accrue at the then-applicable interest rate on the Notes (as reset from time to time on any Interest Reset Date occurring during such Deferral Period), compounded semi-annually, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Compliance with all such Dollar denominated amounts shall be based on the USD Equivalent of any amounts denominated or reported under a Loan Document in a currency other than Dollars and shall be determined by the Administrative Agent on any Reset Date.

  • The Exchange Rate so determined shall become effective on the next succeeding Reset Date.

Reset Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.05(a).
Reset Date means the First Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable), in each case as adjusted (if so specified in the applicable Final Terms) in accordance with Condition 3(a) as if the relevant Reset Date was an Interest Payment Date;
