Reset Distribution Rate definition

Reset Distribution Rate means the Swap Offer Rate or such other Relevant Rate to be specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement with respect to the relevant Reset Date plus the Initial Spread (as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement) plus the Step-Up Margin (if applicable, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement); and
Reset Distribution Rate means, in relation to a Reset Distribution Period, a fixed rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) equal to the aggregate of (a) the then-prevailing U.S. Treasury Rate (as determined as set out below) and (b) the Spread.
Reset Distribution Rate means, in respect of any respective Reset Period, the sum of (x) the U.S. Treasury Benchmark Rate in relation to that Reset Period and (y) the Initial Spread;

  • The relevant Issuer shall cause notice of the then applicable Reset Distribution Rate or (if a Change of Control has occurred) the applicable Distribution Rate to be promptly notified to the Perpetual Securityholders in accordance with Condition 14 after determination thereof.
