Reset Interest Period definition

Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date.
Reset Interest Period means the First Reset Interest Period or a Subsequent Reset Interest Period, as the case may be;
Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) a Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Reset Date;

  • The Rate of Interest for each Interest Period from (and including) the First Reset Date will be the relevant Reset Rate of Interest in respect of the Reset Interest Period in which such Interest Period falls, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
