Reset Price means the price of the relevant Underlying Reference determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the price obtained by unwinding any underlying related hedging arrangements in respect of the relevant Security during the Unwinding Time Period immediately following the relevant Reset Event Determination Time ;
Reset Price means the greater of (i) 50% of the Initial Exercise Price (as adjusted for share splits, share dividends, recapitalizations and similar events pursuant to Section 3(a) hereof) and (ii) 100% of the lowest VWAP occurring on any day between the Initial Exercise Date and ninety (90) calendar days following the Issuance Date; provided that the Reset Price shall in no event be less than a floor price of 50% of the Initial Exercise Price.
Reset Price means the higher of (i) the Closing Price of a share of Common Stock on the Trigger Date or (ii) the quotient (rounded up to the nearest cent) of the Share Trust Amount divided by the number, as of the Trigger Date, of the authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock that have not been reserved as of the Trigger Date by the Board of Directors for other purposes, subject to adjustment as provided in Subsection 5(3)(a) hereof.
Examples of Reset Price in a sentence
On the Reset Date (as such term is defined in the Series B Warrants) the Exercise Price shall be adjusted to equal the lower of (i) the Exercise Price then in effect and (ii) the Reset Price determined as of the date of determination.

Reset Price means the greater of (i) 50% of the Exercise Price and (ii) 100% of the last VWAP immediately preceding the 90th calendar day following the Issuance Date.
