If the Resident does not move out, does not vacate the Residence premises and transfer his/her Residence place to the responsible administrator of the University (Dormitory) in 14 calendar days, the University has a right to address a law enforcement institution of the Lithuanian Republic for forced eviction and after 30 (thirty) calendar days go to a court of law.
