Resident Member: A Member who resides within the Golf Course precinct and who pays body corporate fees providing access to the Facilities and Services.
Each Resident or Non- Resident Member is allowed up to 4 "guests" per visit.
Upon purchase of another Property, such former Member shall be reinstated as a Resident Member.
However, in the event that a Resident Member shall cease to be a Property Owner, but has the expressed intent to purchase other Property, the Board may allow such former Member to retain rights and responsibilities to use the facilities and pay dues, fees and assessments equal to that of a Resident Member for up to twelve (12) months after ceasing to be a Property Owner.
